30 days of movement with low impact 10 minute energising exercises. You can choose between 3 types of movement so you can decide what type of exercise you feel like that day. This pack is designed to make you in charge of your workout without feeling pressure from anyone else. 

No difficult fitness jargon but easy to follow exercises varying between stretches, strength based workouts or low impact cardio. Just you and your body choosing the exercises that feel good for you.

Who is it for?

The No Pressure Pack is for you if you:

  • want to ditch the diet mentality and start moving on your terms.
  • haven’t exercised in a long time and would like a good base to start again.
  • are not ready to go to a gym (yet) but want to figure things out at your own pace and from the safety of your own home.
  • have a very busy schedule and would like to start with small chunks of movement.
  • want to partake in exercise that you feel capable doing.
  • want to choose on the day what type of exercise you are ready for. Perfect to align with your menstrual cycle for example.
  • are looking for low-impact exercises: NO jumping involved!

How does it work?

You will receive 7 videos a week for a month with workouts that are divided into 3 categories:

1.

Gentle Stretch

A relaxing stretching exercise where the focus lies on the breath, mobilising the joints and stretching the muscles. You might come across a bit of mindfulness as well.

2.

Powerful Strength

Focussed on a different major muscle group each time, this workout introduces you to the world of strength training. Weights are optional, you can always perform the workout without any equipment.

3.

Invigorating Cardio

No burpees or jumping up and down but doable cardio moving to the beat of the music. Dancing experience is not required and making mistakes whilst having fun is encouraged.

It doesn’t matter if you are moving every day for a whole month, do an exercise every other day or do one exercise a week. You are in charge and can freely decide what your body needs, there is NO PRESSURE. Once you have purchased the pack, the videos are yours and you can repeat the workouts as many times as you like.
