1 on 1 online or in person training. Whether you feel comfortable in a gym or not, there will be a programme suitable for you. Ditch the diet mentality and enjoy exercise for the mental and physical health benefits that go beyond the scales.

A programme that is tailored especially for you and always with your consent. You will learn how to perform every exercise correctly as well as discover what types of exercise you like (or dislike!). You will also unravel your beliefs towards exercise whilst understanding your current behaviours.

  • I believe exercise should be enjoyable and fun without punishing our bodies. I won’t let you do an exercise you hate doing, where’s the fun in that? 
  • I will help you find happy and healthy habits that will last.
  • I measure progress in achievements (big or small), feelings, proud moments and a scale of enjoyment. I don’t weigh or measure my clients.
  • I work towards body acceptance or neutrality so you can enjoy exercise without judgement.
  • You will feel safe, supported and able to make mistakes with me.
